The burgers were great! I ordered the tatauka burger with fries! Great beer choice as well. Although the serving time was slow, the atmosphere was also great. It is worth a visit.
Great bar and restaurant. Good rotating tap list of 30+ beers, including many local Jersey craft breweries. Prices are very reasonable. The menu could be bigger, but they should at least one option for just about everyone and everything weve had has been great.
To start off with, I was not particularly impressed and neither was my GF. Started in the parking lot, it is a bit small. Of course it was evening, a Saturday evening and the bank next door was closed so I could have parked there but... So we entered, establishment was clean... We were seated, after declining to sit at the bar, with menus, but server took a bit to take an initial drink order. TVs were plentiful enough for viewing the game. I will add that both the parking lot and the bar was pretty full... The menu was sparse and limited if you were looking more to eat than drink. She had a pulled pork sandwich with cheese and I had a Cubano with provolone cheese. Sandwiches were good... Server didn't come by often enough though, although she had other tables with more people so probably more tip opportunity sat there.
If you like good food and good beer you must go to Kid Rip's! The food is amazing (especially the fries) and the beer selection seems endless. I believe there's about 20-30 on tap alone. The food is a little pricey, but absolutely worth it! If you're looking for somewhere to go on Halloween join in on their annual party... always a good time.
Had to ask the greeter for our check at the end as server was elsewhere.
In closing, we felt it was more a bar with some food offerings than an eatery with a liquor license.
Great little place...beer selection is off the charts and the food is top notch. The owner Mike is hands on to make sure you enjoy your time and feel at home. If your thirsty and in the area this is the place.
